Faith & Fitness meets every Saturday morning at 9:30am. There are two groups available for people of different fitness levels; one for beginners or people who need to take it easy, and a more intense and developed regiment for those who want to push themselves a little more. Led by Leigh Collins, the group focuses on working towards getting stronger and healthier every week! This isn't a boot camp experience, but let's you go at your own pace. The group meets at Entrance B of the church, near the offices.
