Faith & Fitness meets every Saturday morning at 9:30am. There is one big group available for everyone to come together no matter what fitness level. Each workout is prepared for every level of intensity; beginners or people who need to take it easy, and a more intense option for those who want to push themselves a little more.
Led by Devany Bond, the group focuses on strengthening their bodies—the temples God gave us—by fellowshipping with fellow believers, building their muscles and getting healthier every week! This isn’t a boot camp experience, but lets you go at your own pace. It is a great opportunity to be encouraged and get to know other members of the body!
The group meets at Entrance C of the church. They normally starts off with a warmup and a walk outside the church to get the blood and heart rate going. After that, they move inside to strengthen their muscles and finish with a nice stretch to relax the used muscles.
